We had planned a brunch at Aunt Rachel’s and a visit to the National Zoo for Mother’s day, but Isaac had a rough night the night before and we all needed some rest!  We stuck around the house and had a nice relaxing day playing on the deck and barbecuing.

I just had to include that last picture – that’s what Isaac looks like when Daddy won’t share his beer, haha.  And probably had something to do with no sleep the night before and refusing to take a nap ;).  Overall, though, it was a very enjoyable day for everyone.
