This was the first year that he was able to remember what day it was when he woke up in the morning. It was so much fun to head down the stairs with him, watching his face light up as he saw the stockings full by the fireplace and presents under the tree.

He got the bow and arrow and Hungry Hippos game that he requested, plus some fun things from his aunts and uncles :). He loved getting to spend the whole day with Aunt Rachel and Uncle Jason, enjoyed making a gingerbread house (although not as much as Mimi and Aunt Rachel did!), playing with his new race tracks and light sabers.

We had a couple friends come over for Christmas dinner with their sweet little baby boy. It was a lovely and relaxing day!
