Isaac loves to throw the football with Daddy. He gets the larger foam football and the smaller LSU ball and then instructs Daddy to throw his ball at the same time as Isaac throws his. We headed down to D.C. this morning to skate at the Sculpture Garden next to the Hirschhorn Museum on the Mall. Isaac has been wanting to go ice skating for so long now! I still can’t get out on the ice, but Aunt Rachel and Mimi were happy to hold his hand and skate him…

Isaac enjoyed decorating the tree this year, but was mostly interested in dismantling it, lights and all. Last weekend, we went to a farm down the street that has a “North Pole” walk in the woods, and a Santa, plus free hot chocolate and cookies. It was a blast, and a walk in the woods…
Isaac was very excited about the Advent wreath that appeared on our table this morning. He was a little confused about why we weren’t lighting all the candles yet, and then wanted to blow out the purple one we did light over and over, haha. I kept telling him “It’s not a birthday cake, silly!”.…
